It enables the end customer, i.e. the owner of the intra logistics application (warehouse) to ensure trouble-free provision and timely resolution of the error condition, diagnostics and connection with the service party, providing support based on the service contract. Recording of information in the service ticket as a clear basis for a problem-free invoicing relationship. Unification of all subsystems and access to them in a controlled process via a VPN gateway and a defined MAC address for connecting to the service side.
